Sean M. Lasoff is a New York-admitted attorney and fund manager whose work spans business law, commercial litigation, international law, securities trading, capital markets and macroeconomics. He has built and run businesses as well as advised them — sourcing and manufacturing in China, closing credit facilities as in-house counsel, and managing investor capital through his own fund.
He holds a J.D. from the City University of New York School of Law, where he served as a student attorney in the International Human Rights Clinic, and a B.A. in Politics with a business minor from Brandeis University and its International Business School.
He is preparing for the California Bar Examination as he develops a bicoastal practice.
